The Enotel Santo da Serra was originally built in an old manor house in the Madeiran style. It was completely renovated and opened its doors again on 22 April 2024.
This is now a 4-star hotel, where the comfort of every detail meets harmony with nature, grows an organic vegetable garden and lovingly cares for farm animals, which are in direct contact with nature and are cherished by their keepers. Guests are invited to take part in the activities of the vegetable garden and the care of the animals.
Enotel Santo da Serra is just 15 minutes from Cristiano Ronaldo International Airport and 30 minutes by car from Funchal. This privileged location gives guests easy access to the main tourist attractions in the countryside. Nature is our constant inspiration, and if we had to describe our hotel in a few words we would start by saying that we don't want to provide just a stay, but rather offer the perfect balance.
